White Lasagna

Because everything is just a little better with Alfredo Sauce!


Ingredients

1 lb Ground Italian Sausage (I use Boulder Sausage)

1 Pack Barilla Oven-Ready GF Lasagna Noodles

1 Jar Alfredo Sauce

1 Bag Frozen Spinach

2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese

15 oz Ricotta Cheese

Optional- Crushed Red Peppers


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 2 qt Pyrex dish and set aside

2. Brown sausage in a pan with spinach

3. Coat bottom of pan with Alfredo

4. Layer with noodles, ricotta, meat, spinach, Alfredo and cheese

5. Top with Alfredo and Cheese

6. Cover with either a lid or aluminum foil (if using foil make sure to grease) and bake for 45 minutes

7. Remove cover and bake for 10-15 minutes

8. Serve and sprinkle with crushed pepper
