Gluten Free Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gluten free ground Italian sausage

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • 2 24 oz jars of pasta sauce

  • 15 oz container ricotta cheese

  • 8 oz bag shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 package gluten free oven-ready lasagna

  • 1 tsp salt, plus a pinch

  • 1 tsp salt-free Italian seasoning (I use Fresh Jax)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. In a large pan brown sausage and turkey and season with salt and Italian seasoning

  3. In a bowl season ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt

  4. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and coat bottom with a thing layer of pasta sauce and place lasagna on top covering the bottom

  5. Top lasagna with sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and meat evenly spreading between 2 and 3 layers (leave enough sauce and mozzarella cheese to cover top)

  6. Top with remaining lasagna noodles and coat with sauce and mozzarella cheese

  7. Cover with a piece of aluminum foil that has been greased and cook for 45 minutes

  8. Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes

  9. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving

  10. ENJOY!!!
