Is there a dish that reminds you of your childhood? For me it is tuna casserole. I wanted to recreate the delicious dish I remembered, but obviously I needed to add a twist and attempt to make it easier and faster. Since my husband hates casseroles I decided to make it in a skillet on the stove top so he couldn't complain. It turned out so good and my family was so impressed. Best part is it seriously only took 10 minutes.
