Can Totcho Tuesday be a thing? Well, it will be at our house. Anytime I can use tots we do. This is a fun and super easy gluten-free meal that my family absolutely loves.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
32 oz bag of tater tots
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 TBS Taco Seasoning
salt to taste
1/4 cup purple onion
1 can sliced black olives
1 avocado cut in cubes
fresh tomatoes diced
Directions
Follow directions on the bag to cook tater tots
Brown ground beef and season with taco seasoning and salt
Once tater tots are done cooking add ground beef and cheese to the tray and cook until cheese is melted (about 10 minutes)
Remove from oven and add onion, olives, avocado and tomatoes
