Tater Tots Casserole

Ingredients


  • 2 pounds tater tots

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 12 oz gluten-free cream of mushroom soup (I use Pacific)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup yellow onion

  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Brown hamburger, season with salt and pepper

  3. Dice onions

  4. Mix everything together in a large baking dish

  5. Cook for 1 hour

  6. Enjoy!
