Ingredients
2 pounds tater tots
1 pound ground beef
12 oz gluten-free cream of mushroom soup (I use Pacific)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup yellow onion
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Brown hamburger, season with salt and pepper
Dice onions
Mix everything together in a large baking dish
Cook for 1 hour
