Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs butternut squash

  • 1 small white onion

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 32 oz bone broth

  • salt and pepper


Directions

  1. Cube squash and onions and peel garlic

  2. Place everything in a large pot and season with salt and pepper

  3. Bring to a boil

  4. Let boil for 20 minutes or until everything is soft

  5. Let cool

  6. Place everything in a blender and puree

  7. Enjoy!
