Ingredients
2 lbs butternut squash
1 small white onion
6 cloves of garlic
32 oz bone broth
salt and pepper
Directions
Cube squash and onions and peel garlic
Place everything in a large pot and season with salt and pepper
Bring to a boil
Let boil for 20 minutes or until everything is soft
Let cool
Place everything in a blender and puree
Enjoy!
