Foiled Ham Sandwich

My Mother-In-Law's ham sandwiches are absolutely amazing. She makes them every Christmas and they do not last long. They are the perfect party food for any occasion.


Ingredients

6 GF Rolls (I use YumBana)

Honey Ham

Swiss Cheese

2 TBS Softened Butter

2 TBS Yellow Mustard

1 TBS Grated Onion

1/2 TBS Poppy Seeds


Directions

Combine the butter, mustard, onions and poppy seeds. Cut each roll in half and spread on sauce. Place ham and swiss onto the rolls and wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I recommend placing a baking sheet under the top rack to catch any dripping butter. ENJOY!
