Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pack of Baby Bella Mushrooms

  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Italian Shredded Cheese

  • 3 Heaping TBS Chopped Onions

  • 4 TBS Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs

  • 6 Peices of Cooked Bacon Crumbled or Chopped


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Remove mushroom stems and place mushroom caps on a greased baking sheet

  3. Mix together all the ingredients and stuff each mushroom.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes

  5. ENJOY!
