Aunt Marcia's Spinach Dip

MY AUNT MAKES THE BEST SPINACH DIP! This has been a must at all of our family gatherings. Hurry and make it!


Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz Bricks of Frozen Spinach

  • 1 Can Water Chestnuts

  • 1 Red Pepper

  • 1 Bunch of Green Onions

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 16 oz Sour Cream

  • 1 tsp Celery Salt

  • 1 tsp Dill


Instructions

  1. Run spinach under cold water until completely thawed and ring out in a cloth

  2. Dice water chestnuts, red pepper and green onions

  3. Combine everything and mix it all together

  4. ENJOY!!!

For best flavor make ahead and let sit overnight.
