Gluten Free Stuffed Mushrooms

These gluten-free stuffed mushrooms are the perfect party appetizer. They are so easy to make, filled with cheese and bacon and so much goodness. I hope you enjoy!

Makes 2 dozen Prep Time 10 min Total Time 30 min
Ingredients
24 baby bella mushrooms
1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced yellow onion
1/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs
8 pieces of cooked bacon crumbled
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
Remove mushroom stems and place mushrooms caps on baking sheet
Mix together cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion, bread crumbs and bacon and stuff inside each mushroom cap
Bake for 20 minutes
