Skillet Tater Tot Casserole

The best gluten free tater tot casserole you will ever have, all made in one skillet. This classic comfort meal is packed with bacon, beef, onions, mushroom soup and cheese all mixed together with everyone's favorite little tots. This in the perfect easy dinner. ENJOY!!!!



Serves 6 Prep Time 10 minutes Total Time 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients


  • 32 oz bag of tater tots

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 pound bacon

  • 12 oz gluten-free cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 a medium yellow onion

  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Dice bacon and add to skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes then add and brown hamburger, season with salt and pepper.

  3. Dice onions and add to skillet.

  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and tater tots to skillet and mix everything together. Top with cheese and lightly mix in.

  5. Cook for 1 hour

  6. Enjoy!
