Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita

This margarita will send your taste buds on a wild adventure. Filled with the sweetness of pineapple, the tartness of a lime and a hint of jalapeno for that delicious combo of sweet and spicy. The perfect addition to your taco Tuesday or any day. ENJOY!!!!

Serves 4 Prep Time 5 minutes Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

• 1 cup white tequila

• 1/3 cup triple sec

• 3 cups pineapple juice

• juice from 2 limes

• 2 sliced jalapenos

• pineapple wedge to garnish

• margarita salt

• ice

Instructions

1. In a pitcher mix together tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice and jalapenos.

2. On a small plate make a thin layer of salt, rub a lime slice around desired glass and dip the glass in the salt to coat the rim.

3. Fill each glass with ice and pour margarita. Garnish each class with pineapple wedge and lime slice.
