Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Donuts

These gluten-free cinnamon roll donuts are so easy and SO GOOD. They are made with a yellow gluten-free cake mix, with a cinnamon sugar caramel, drizzled with cream cheese frosting and topped with chopped walnuts. You will be so happy you made these!

Serves 12 Prep Time 10 minutes Total Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
Donuts
1 gluten free yellow cake mix and all ingredients
Cinnamon Sugar Caramel
4 TBS brown sugar
5 TBS butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Drizzle
3 TBS cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Optional
finely chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and grease donut pan
Make cake mix according to directions on box and place batter in large baggy
In a small sauce pan melt butter on medium heat, then add brown sugar, cinnamon, cream cheese and vanilla, stirring until it starts to boil, take off heat and add 1 tsp to bottom of eat cavity in donut pan
Cut small whole in corner of large baggy holding batter and fill each donut cavity about 2/3 full
Bake for 10-12 minutes and place donuts on wire rack to cool
While donuts are cooking prepare cream cheese drizzle by adding all of the ingredients in a medium and mix until combine, then place in a small baggy, cut corner and drizzle over each donut
Optional- add chopped walnuts to the top of each donut
